Terms of Service

The service

LOER UGC produces AI-generated UGC and lifestyle imagery of models wearing clothing supplied by you, based on the product photographs and references you provide. Every engagement is arranged by email at contact@loerugc.com — there is no self-service checkout and no subscription platform.

Free sample

New enquiries may request one free sample image against one product photograph, at no cost and with no obligation to purchase further work. We may limit free samples to one per brand.

Ordering a shoot

Once you confirm a package by email, we'll ask for the product photographs and references needed to produce it, and agree a delivery window and price before any paid work begins. Prices shown on this site are reference starting points; the final quote is confirmed in writing before you owe anything.

What you're granted

Every delivered image comes with a full, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use it commercially — in paid advertising, organic social media, email, product pages, marketplaces and print. We retain no rights that would stop you using the images as your own marketing material.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, the product photographs and any brand references you send us.
• You will not ask us to depict real, identifiable people without their consent, or produce imagery intended to mislead consumers about the product.
• Garment colour, fit and material are reproduced as faithfully as the AI generation process allows; minor variation between the source photograph and the finished image is expected and is not treated as a fault on its own.

Revisions and refunds

Included revision rounds are specified per package at the time of quoting. If a paid batch is not usable and falls outside the agreed brief, we will revise it or refund the affected portion of the order — contact contact@loerugc.com and we'll sort it out directly.

Payment

One-off packages are invoiced before delivery of the finished batch. Ongoing engagements are billed on the cadence agreed in writing when you sign up. You can cancel an ongoing engagement at any time by email, effective at the end of the period already paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the delivered imagery, including advertising performance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
