LOER UGC is an independent, email-run service that produces AI-generated product photography for clothing brands. We can be reached at contact@loerugc.com — that address is our only point of contact and the controller of any data described below.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us directly, typically by email:

• Your name and email address, so we can reply to you.
• The product photographs and brand references you supply for a sample or a shoot.
• Any other information you choose to include in your message.

If you browse this website, your browser may also send standard technical information (such as an anonymised approximation of location, device and browser type) to our hosting and analytics providers, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you've requested.
• To generate the images you've asked for, using your product photographs as reference.
• To keep basic records of past enquiries and deliveries for our own bookkeeping.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and delivered work for as long as reasonably needed to support you and to keep basic business records, and delete material on request where we're not required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your product photographs may be processed through third-party AI image-generation infrastructure solely to produce your ordered images, and our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf to run this service. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to contact@loerugc.com and we'll action your request directly — there's no form to fill in.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update date above will change with it. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
